These are the best camera phones available in the present market and they all feature rear cameras with more than 15 MP size.
1) Motorola Moto Maxx
Moto Maxx or Motorola DROID Turbo occupies biggest ever camera among Android phones with 21 MP size on rear part. It comes with autofocus, dual LED flash and 5248 x 3936 px resolution. Z3 is available in these colors-Black, White, Silver Green and Copper.
3) Samsung Galaxy Note 4

4th generation Galaxy Note series comes with 16 MP Primary camera (5312 x 2988 px) with autofocus and LED flash. Dual Shot, Simultaneous HD video and image recording, geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama, HDR and optical image stabilization are the main features of Note 4 camera. It will record 2160p videos @30fps. The phone has 3.7 MP camera on front side which will record 1440p videos as well.
Note 4 has 5.7″ Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display (2560 x 1440 px, 515 ppi) and 3 GB RAM. It’s 32 GB on board storage can be expanded for up to 128 GB by external card.
